GATEWAY SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE

The only accredited real estate school in Washington state with a live instructor led virtual classroom.

Using Cisco Webex technology, you will attend live classes from your home, office, or anywhere else with an Internet connection. You will see and hear your instructor, be able to ask questions, and hear questions asked by other students. Far superior to the typical old online systems of yesterday, the Gateway School of Real Estate better prepares you for the state exam. And it’s way more fun too!

Included with this schooling are numerous practice tests, and PSI registration. Books are not included, but we’ll show you where to get them!

SAY IT BEST.

Since 2012 Gateway School of Real Estate has been helping students pass the Washington State exam, and launching successful careers in real estate.

“Both Dale and Forrest are excellent teachers! Even during the harder chapters they did a really good job of making sure we understood the subject matter. I found that to be especially helpful.”

EMILY TILGER

“Great and thorough instructors. Dale and Forrest were enthusiastic, caring, and genuinely proactive in making sure their students were taken care of. I would recommend this class to anyone who is serious about pursuing a real estate career!”

JOSEPH JAGOD

“Thank you so much for the incredible instruction with the pre-license course! It was exactly what was needed to move forward with my real estate instruction. I have tried Rockwell 3 times before and just couldn’t get through the program due to lack of personal instruction and motivation that you two provided.”

RYAN WATERMAN

“Both Dale and Forrest were fantastic teachers! They really took the time to make sure we grasped the concepts and prepared us as much as possible for the state exam.”
