Speaking of missing classes, if something comes up, whether a preplanned vacation or sickness, you have the option to “make up” the missed classes by watching the recording of those missed classes or writing a report on the chapters missed. We try to make it as easy as possible to pass our course while providing you the best experience.

We bring in Managing Brokers from top Firms in Washington to our classes for you to connect and learn about their company and its culture and processes. Many firms operate quite differently and we coach you on what to expect, how to handle interviews, what to ask them and what are some possible red flags. By the end of our course, you will confidently be able to navigate finding the best place to hang your license.

Upon successful completion of our course, we will register you with the state testing partner, PSI, so that you schedule your license exam at a date and time that works for you.
